Talk:A Hike
Transcribed. Missed a few words, such as what he has in addition to his phone and camera and the word he used to describe the woodland theater. Mupkids 19:49, 9 October 2010 (PDT)
- Pretty sure he's saying "OFF!," as in the brand of insect repellant. The second unintelligible might be Palmer, since I think he's talking about the Palmer Woodland Theater. --GrannyT 21:35, 9 October 2010 (PDT)
In the first few seconds of the video it sounds like he's saying "waking" insead of "making" MoarDesu 20:50, 9 October 2010 (PDT)
What "Carter family" is he talking about?--Švek 21:04, 9 October 2010 (PDT)
- Considering he mentions the Carter name after reaching the overlook, he's probably referring to this. Tadahima 23:47, 9 October 2010 (PDT)
To whomever wrote it, 59 miles is NOT less than one kilometre. Hell, one mile is more than one kilometre. Freecell 02:09, 10 October 2010 (PDT)
- Oh wait, my glasses weren't on. Derp. Freecell 02:12, 10 October 2010 (PDT)
- I wrote it. 0.59 miles is about 950 meters, or a little over ten football field lengths. --Uhh… this is Riley Martin. O-Qua Tangin Wann 10:58, 10 October 2010 (PDT)
Wes commented on the video (Search "WesIseli") . Any thoughts? Should we be adding that bit of info here and/or on the main article of him? I'd do it but I'm too damn tired to think up a concise description --Nechita 11:53, 10 October 2010 (PDT)
- You could say "Wes commented on the video and told Chris to get a job, proving he doesn't know our man-child very well". By the way, is it really the Wes Iseli or is it just someone using the name?Švek 12:06, 10 October 2010 (PDT)
- I doubt Wes Iseli gives two shits about Chris, it's most likely someone posing as him. EtonpilfAnetah 12:46, 10 October 2010 (PDT)
- The one that posted on that video is not the same wes as that is listed on his page here. It could still be Wes using a different account but I doubt it. --Caboose -1 12:48, 10 October 2010 (PDT)
- It's a fake account god damn it. Clydec 12:53, 10 October 2010 (PDT)
After getting a data processing error two times, I successfully put in the time code. I've learned that I shouldn't leave the edit window open for a long time. I copy-pasted my edits to the article, which saved me from wasting ten minutes putting in the edits again. From now on, I'll use NotePad to transcribe and paste the text into the article. --VofDoom38 18:52, 10 October 2010 (PDT)
Did chris learn that moss grows on the north side of a tree from Sonic Sez?
Total Distance
Let assume I'm stupid and/or lazy, just how much did Chris-Chan hike? --SerenityMoonstone 23:14, 11 October 2010
