It is speculated that the location is a psychiatric hospital owing to the following factors: A lack of confirmation by jail records, typical for psychiatric hospital transfers. A six-month continuance at the most recent hearing. A Kiwi Farms member made an unverified claim that Chris was sent to Western State Hospital, a psychiatric hospital.
