Hot damn another one. I'm downloading now, and I guess I'll volunteer for the first five minutes of BITCH TRANSCRIBING!--Beat 05:09, 26 February 2010 (UTC)

  • Think I'll pick up where he left off. This one looks like it's gonna be fun. Dkaien 14:32, 26 February 2010 (UTC)
    • At 41:06, I think I hear a sickening belch on Chris's end. Is this significant? --DonB 20:39, 27 February 2010 (UTC)
      • My personal standard is that if it's hilarious or disgusting, it's significant. The belch is both.--Beat 02:47, 2 March 2010 (UTC)

Isn't there any more audio? It just ends at Alec saying "mis-" at 46:07. --Mikhail Faulken 06:09, 26 February 2010 (UTC)

  • Chris hangs up, hence why the call ends abruptly. --Bystander 06:18, 26 February 2010 (UTC)
    • Godjesus, what an asshole. --Mikhail Faulken 06:21, 26 February 2010 (UTC)
      • Chris just gives always the same answers " the trolls, the slander, the stress", but this is the phonecall with the biggest count of stress sighs so far. Basgon 06:32, 26 February 2010 (UTC)

Alec Benson Leary

Is the greatest man that ever lived.--Beat 06:33, 26 February 2010 (UTC)

  • I second that motion!--AdderCress 07:18, 26 February 2010 (UTC)
  • I have to support this. How many people dared calling Chris a liar and a hypocrite to his own face? On the level of intensity, this is on par with Kacey's Father Call. Griffintown 15:23, 26 February 2010 (UTC)
  • I agree whole-heartedly. Odetta Moemon 492.png 03:35, 27 February 2010 (UTC)

I've Learned Something

It seems that Chris is unable to tell the difference between a parody and a remake. Also, Alec needs to start saying things like "If you go ten seconds without giving me a correct answer, I'll assume you were going to say yes. One, two.....". Also, Chris clearly isn't thinking--he's stalling for time. And have him turn off the TV all the time, I'm certain he's using it to distract himself from Alec.--MoarLurk 14:59, 26 February 2010 (UTC)

I don't think I agree with that. I think he was just trying (and failing) to say that deriving something that's already derivative isn't cool. I don't think he realized that he was admitting Sonichu was derivative when he said that. Here's a thought though: Earlier in the call Chris says he disagrees with Alec's claim that sandy is still a ripoff of Simonchu because he's basically Simonla, (remake of a remake) then later cites the robot chicken episode about Remaking remakes as proof that remakes are bad.--Beat 15:28, 26 February 2010 (UTC)
I don't think he stalls for time. Two of the immutable laws of being Chris are: A) My actions are always justified and B) I have all of the best qualities of humankind. Often times, those two laws don't reconcile, but as much as he's coddled, he's rarely put into a position to reconcile them. I've noticed the longest pauses in these calls happen when Alec corners him into basically admitting he's being an unfair shithead (e.g. why is it okay for you to parody other people, but it's not okay for you to be parodied?). I think his brain is fervently looking for an answer that not only justifies his actions but doesn't make him look like the bad guy or less than perfect. But there is no answer like that in some of these questions, so he just sits there, searching for something that doesn't exist and unable to respond until he finds it. Alteceastlansing 05:46, 27 February 2010 (UTC)
So when he was comparing his brain to a computer in the Father Call, he was accurate, but in a totally different way. As opposed to his brain being 'random', it just locks up and/or shuts down when it comes up against a paradox. Poor bastard. - Liquid! 15:21, 27 February 2010 (UTC)

If Chris wasn't so retarded...

He would've actually had an argument that could've worked. When Chris and Alec were discussing Simonla and Chris suddenly went off on a tangent about Sonichu, if it had occured to the manchild to point out that Simonchu could be considered derivative of Sonichu, then he could've at least partially backed up his use of Simonla and backfired Evan's and Alec's argument against them. Anybody else notice that, or am I mistaken about Simonchu in this regard? BouncyTEM 14:20, 27 February 2010 (UTC)

  • That would mean admitting by implication that Sonichu is a mere derivation of Sonic the Hedgehog/Pikachu. Chris has to concede that Simonla is the exclusive intellectual property of Evan because it bolsters his own claim that he has full copyright over Sonichu. His mistake from his point of view was openly admitting that he used Evan's design. That said, what you're suggesting probably never occured to Chris because he's an incorrigible cretin.
