George W. Bush is the 43rd President of the United States.
Though Bush was the President at the time Chris wrote the above, it is unclear if Chris means that he like Bush personally, or only tolerates the current holder of the office.

Despite Bush's refusal to help the Chandlers in 2004, Chris would honor President Bush in 2008 by featuring President Bush in the final issue of Sonichu produced before he left office. In it, Bush is seen tipping over the ladder of his eventual successor Barack Obama as he attempts to paint the White House black. Later in a mumble chat, Chris later believed that it was not a joke, but a legitimate theory that Obama might actually do such a thing.
