A villain in the Sonichu comics apparently based on Christian's actual Computer Aided Drafting & Design teacher at Piedmont Valley Community College. Since the real guy is black, the character is of course patterned after one of the handful of black people Christian has ever seen, namely Isaac Hayes's "Chef" character from South Park.

When looking at Chris-Chan's "designs" in his comic, such as his design of his CWCVille Mall, it's apparent that Chris-Chan cannot make things look proportional worth a shit, and got the F like he deserves.
