:*"Thaddeus" seems to be the generally accepted spelling for the name, at least as it's used for just about anyone else named "Thaddeus"/"Thadeus". Jack may prefer the much less common "Thadeus", but I don't see any reason to suppose that that's the case. In short, the page should be moved.
