Plan to create an article for Marvin
I've made this article less Marvin-centric to prepare for a write-up of an individual Marvin page. He seems deserving of an article due to his involvement in the Idea Guys dismantlement + the Miscreants, however I'm not 100% certain if the MiPS page should just be restructured, vs. just making a new page entirely.
