- Oh, now I see why you said disregard this, lol. Really though, it's pretty clear that Blanca created Jiggliami and Chris mentioned KawaiiKissume on his drawing. I know that Blanca's account got hacked or Panda sometimes shared the account, but Blanca was primarily KawaiiKissume.
