Okay, where the hell did he get a kilt? I know it isn't his drapes or something like that since he's got a sporran and everything. And as far as I know, he and his family have little to no Scottish heritage. So it seems Surfshack Tito is a troll who's been contacting Chris directly and somehow got his attention, and has now claimed responsibility for the Heather fiasco. Although Chris says he's a mutual friend of Scarlet, who I could only find mentioned here briefly. Although is anyone else kinda impressed Chris could 'kick' that high? Seriously, last I saw he could barely get his feet up to thigh height. Also, important quote "Regain the love, and trust, and friendship of heather".
