Talk:Tito Got No Luck Against We Brits, Irish and Scots!
Okay, where the hell did he get a kilt? I know it isn't his drapes or something like that since he's got a sporran and everything. And as far as I know, he and his family have little to no Scottish heritage. So did he go out and buy this for the express purpose of this stupid video? -- Revolver Octopus 09:18, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
- probably. maybe we should stick the tugboat template on top lol Clydec 09:23, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
- Where did he get the kilt you ask? Goodwill. Also, he's English-American, and the last I checked, England=/=Scotland. Or Ireland. -PeaceCeapPea
- I doubt he'd spend money on it. He probably had it from a costume or some shit. --Wtv 09:31, 14
- Last time I checked, "British" = England, N. Ireland, Wales and Scotland. So including the Scots bit in "Brits, Irish and Scots" kind of defeats the idea. His 'Scottish' accent also is notably cringeworthy. I find it an insult the manchild is trying to associate with us. 37 Rb 85.468 09:50, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
- "Great Britain" doesn't include Ireland, just England, Wales and Scotland. The "UK" includes all four though. FourPLUStwo 10:27, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
- "Brits" can actually be used to describe a seperate people to the Irish and the Scots. The Britons were a Celtic culture that lived (and whose descendants still live) in what is now England and Wales. They were the ones who got invaded by the Romans, and then later the Anglo-Saxons, who brought with them the beginnings of the English language. But yeah I doubt Chris knows that, more likely he is indeed using the word in the modern political sense. Crayolafuckinmodelmagic 02:58, 15 March 2010 (UTC)
- Oh I should add I made an error...I said that they lived in what is now England and Wales, but, according to the article I posted, they were spread as far north as parts of what is now Scotland, I never realised they lived that far north. Just thought I should add that lol. Crayolafuckinmodelmagic 07:41, 15 March 2010 (UTC)
- Would an Irishman or a Scotsman identify himself as a "Brit"? I think not. Squirrelbait 13:16, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
- @FourPLUStwo, yes, you're right in saying Ireland isn't, but Northern Ireland (N. Ireland in my first message) is. @Squirrelbait. Although I can't talk for them, I think that Welsh and Scots do identify with the term "Brit" - as seen in the Olympics with Team GB (Great Britain). Northern Ireland is a bit tricky because of The Troubles. Some want it to become part of Ireland and some want it to remain in the UK. Besides, this is a site for the manchild, not politics. 37 Rb 85.468 19:30, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
- @Rubidium I'm an Americunt, and I know nothing about British culture. Although, I do know that England, Scotland and Wales each have their own distinct cultures. I don't think a kilt is an appropriate display of English ancestry. Then again, this is Chris-Chan we're talking about. -PeaceCeapPea
- Now that I think about it, this seems to be part of an apparently new obsession with Celtic culture; first we had "Mo Ghile Mear" in the background of a video, and now a kilt and "Ireland's Call." I'm starting to think that maybe Heather is into this, and he picked it up in order to have something in common. -- Revolver Octopus 09:39, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
- Most definitely- that's the theory I presented on the "Chris and music" talk page. BubblegumPinkButler 00:19, 15 March 2010 (UTC)
So it seems Surfshack Tito is a troll who's been contacting Chris directly and somehow got his attention, and has now claimed responsibility for the Heather fiasco. Although Chris says he's a mutual friend of Scarlet, who I could only find mentioned here briefly. Although is anyone else kinda impressed Chris could 'kick' that high? Seriously, last I saw he could barely get his feet up to thigh height. Also, important quote "Regain the love, and trust, and friendship of heather". So semi-confirmation that she got freaked out and has broken off contact with him. -- Borednewb 09:35, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
Let this be a lesson for everyone who was worried, when the Wallflower left and Chris made that first distraught video, that the show was over. Chris is like the fucking Terminator. You just can't stop him from doing something hilarious. Kazmeyer 10:17, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
As a Scotsman, I am raging at this video so badly right now... JerichoJack 11:21, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
BY not mentioning the Welsh, Chris robs me of my sheep-joke opportunities. --Sonicow 11:42, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
I had an idea: What if we roll with this? What if we pretend to submit to his demands, which would in his mind give him no reason to blame us for his failures when he then returns to the Wallflower? We would also then get some gloating vids, which would for the first time in years let us see what Chris is like when he thinks he has no obstacles. Probably stupid, and I prefer to see him down, but for the sake of SCIENCE, we should try to collect all kinds of data. Yes, I know this doesn't exactly fit here, but I had no idea where else to put it. Thelieisacake 12:31, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
Should there be an article or mention of Surfshack Tito on the troll page or is it a bit too soon to do something like that? We only have about 2 mentions of him to date, but it looks like he may be mentioned a bit more. Meeko 12:37, 14 March 2010 (UTC)meeko
Tito may only have been mentioned a few times, but hes got two entire video dedicated to him. The trolls page makes mention of Podmonkey, who Chris has never even acknowledged in a video himself, and even C.E.O. who is not directly related to Chris at all. I say that Tito has earned his place on the trolls page. --Edward 13:47, 14 March 2010 (UTC)

Hang on, why is Chris even dressing as a Scot in the first place to threaten Tito? It seems odd that Chris, who previously stated he had English ancestry, would don traditional Scottish clothing (With a Sporran, even, something which makes me doubt that it's a costume) Either way, I'm guessing we'll be seeing a Braveheart-style speech soon. --Torvalr 10:32, 17 March 2010 (UTC)

What's the point of censoring her name when even Chris himself says it in the video? I can very well understand removing personal info not given by Chris from her page, but this is just ridiculous. --Jerkop 22:23, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
- I kind of have to agree. I mean, I know the whole deal about protecting her identity on account of her asking us to, but when Chris blatantly says her name in the video, I don't think there's really much grounds there to censor it in the transcription. - Do not change ORIGINAL the transcript. If he says it then keep it there. --Psycatalyst 23:56, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
- Definitely do NOT change the transcript. The debate of whether her name should have a link is another issue, but there is no reason her name alone can't be in the transcript. --Champthom 03:28, 15 March 2010 (UTC)
- I'd say the only time any censoring should be done is if he drops dox on The Wallflower, though anyone watching the video would get it anyway. --WarOfTheBees 16:46, 15 March 2010 (UTC)
- That's kind of exactly what he's done. In this case, name is dox, seeing as a detailed page on the Wallflower with her real name and history sprung up in record time after Chris made a slight mention of her, we've clearly seen that once you've got a name, getting the rest is a picnic. --DStecks 18:23, 15 March 2010 (UTC)
- I meant more along the lines of dropping dox in the style of NO D*** WAY, IMPOSTOR!!!, in which he gave out his full name and address (not that it wasn't already known). If he said, in a video, "Leave Wallflower's Name of 123 Any street, CWCville VA alone" or whatever, I'm all for censoring the transcript. --WarOfTheBees 00:43, 16 March 2010 (UTC)
- in case he drops the dox, would the page need a censored version of the video as well? Ovbiously, we can't prevent the readers to just go see the video in Chris's account, but the cwcki wouldn't be distributing the dox.Basgon 04:25, 16 March 2010 (UTC)
- By all accounts she's now shed her skins anyway, so it's not a problem now right? --YawningSquirtleRedux 04:33, 16 March 2010 (UTC)
- If he bold-facedly says something, I think it should go in the transcription. On the other hand, shit like rogue trolls going on a long-winded time wasting escapade to dox somebody doesn't merit being put on the Cwcki, I think. tl:dr I think regardless of what it is, pertaining to the Wallflower, if he says it, transcribe it, if not, don't. I want to show this idiot how a video like this should be done, with my Flogging Molly songs and Celtic sword, but I don't even think he's worth creating a Youtube account for. Niggoducks 05:48, 3 July 2010 (UTC)
