Chris's Understanding of Sex and Gender

Whether of not analyzing Chris's understanding of sex and gender is appropriate for this page, I believe it is worthy of note. Chris states [cleaned up], "We are all the same inside the womb. Half of us come out changed and half of us remain unchanged. And really, the difference between genders is the one mutation created by the chromosome."

Chris's last statement is a reflection of his limited understanding of gender studies; yet it also happens to coincide with the ideology of an increasing group that sets out to undermine any distinction between the two sexes.

I am certain there are members of the CWCki that would agree with Chris. Not as White Knights, of course, but because of a legitimate conviction in this idea: that men and women are fundamentally the same, and that one can essentially do everything and anything the other can. I believe Chris's finite understanding of sex, as well as a particular culture of outside influence, profoundly impacts his deluded perception of himself. Personally, I believe his perception to be inherently flawed; but again, there may be those who may find his understanding to be justifiable.

I'll let more experienced members of the CWCki decide: is the underlying meaning of Chris's statement within reason or is it an effect of his psychosis? --Galilean
