Everybody who contributed should give their letter a custom title.

Do it. --Beat 04:03, 10 December 2009 (CET)

What do you mean? The Darwin letter was mine. --Kwippleton 05:18, 10 December 2009 (CET)

  • I mean like I just did for my letter, the one about books. Come up with a subtitle for your letter so we can link to it. --Beat 06:53, 10 December 2009 (CET)

Discussion

Much like how they'd pardon a criminal during the feast of Passover or soldiers would have a one day truce on Christmas day, I hereby allow, limited to this section only, discussion of this Mailbag (which would normally violate "CWCki is not a forum") as it featured questions from CWCki users and was a HUGE SUCCESS. Consider it an early Christmas present. Also, find an appropriate pic for the intro and this will totally be the featured article. --Champthom 09:56, 10 December 2009 (CET)

  • I was pretty surprised of the responses to my two mails (the last ones). The first question was something I was just thinking a few days ago: What weighs more to Chris, important big worldwide causes (like winning the very much upcoming and vicious Console Wars of 2006 and plugging his favourite console) or highly egoistic causes (like getting rid of the gay ads NOW NOW NOW). We see hesitation here. Chris didn't say "buy the PS3s, dude, PS1 is ancient and I feel your pain", like a normal guy. He didn't say "Sure, buy my ad space for my greater glory", like a complete bastard. The last plug for the Modnation Racers was completely unexpected. I am very happy to see people use game mods for interesting projects like this, but as the LittleBigPlanet saga taught us, I have certain reservations about Chris's project if you catch my drift. (Oh, and the Qore plug was a bit funny in light of all of his previous Hex-Box Live bashing.) --wwwwolf (wake me when you need me) 02:38, 11 December 2009 (CET)
  • I knew in advance what most of Chris's answers would be to my Question (The book one), which kind of makes me feel guilty for not deleting it or rewriting it to get us some genuinely new information. I'm already writing a new letter for the next operation mailbag, this one trying to gently bring up the question of exactly how much Chris thinks he's actually changed the world, hopefully that one will give us some actual new information. --Beat 02:45, 11 December 2009 (CET)
  • I, too was surprised at how detailed these answers were. I guess he was still high off his FAMILY GUY EPISODE (omg guys its gonna happen!) and was able to devote some attention to us. I've noticed that Chris never seems to question how we know what we know. We asked him about his cats, being fired from Wendy's, and managing the basketball team, and AFAIK, none of those has been mentioned in his videos; someone else asked about his DIRTY, CRAPPED BRIEFS, and he wasn't surprised that they knew. It never seems to occur to him this information must come from SOMEWHERE; my guess is he either thinks he's so e-famous his life is a matter of public record (lol he's about right) or his ego and lack of empathy make him think everyone knows what he knows.
If anyone wants to write a title for my e-mail, go ahead; it's the Rod Blagojevich one, and I can't think of anything clever for it. --sonichuis44 02:53, 11 December 2009 (CET)
  • Chris probably has heard of what sufficiently motivated crazy fans are capable of. He probably just assumes that his Loyal Fanbase (of the soviet state of CWCville) has a clandestine network that swaps the latest Sonichu rumours. "My friend's cousin's roommate (a Sonichu fan too) says..." is a valid source. --wwwwolf (wake me when you need me) 04:29, 11 December 2009 (CET)
  • Autistics and ASS PIES have this frame of the mind in which they assume you know everything they know which explains why, for instance, Chris never explained the Sonichu Balls - they make sense to him, so they must make sense to you as well. Unless it's something really egregious (like actual media, which does seem to bother Chris when it gets leaked), Chris never really seems to question how or why we know things about him. Though to be fair, he publicly mentioned DIRTY CRAPPED BRIEFS in his 25 April video, managing the basketball team is somewhere on CWCipedia, Wendy's was from some ancient ass blog of his, and his cats makes cameos in his videos. --Champthom 06:22, 11 December 2009 (CET)
  • His answer to my evolution question certainly wasn't what I was expecting... I thought he'd rage against evolution, even though he loves Pokemon. We need to start asking him more questions that deal with two contrasting extremes that he likes just to see what he'll say, like the evolution question (his religion vs. Pokemon) and Wwwwwolf's (PS3 vs. Homo Ads). --Kwippleton 04:56, 11 December 2009 (CET)

I made the mistake of telling Chris I learned about him from the web soup episode he was on and and he wants a "Detailed Episode Response" whatever the fuck that means. I can't find the episode anywhere. Should I pull something out of my ass to stroke his ego? V3N0M1300 06:56, 11 December 2009 (CET)
