Twitter is a popular social networking and microblogging service where people can post messages that are up to 140 characters in length. While it has had its uses, it is frequently described as a pointless fad, and if even Chris calls it a fad, perhaps there is something to this claim.
On 27 March 2023, Chris was released from jail, with the only explanation being "released by court order". Beginning on 1 May 2023, sightings of Chris were reported in various places around Chesterfield County, Virginia. Chris apparently had no idea why Twitter was designed the way it is designed. Most of the time, he acted as if Twitter is just a normal blog that inexplicably splits the messages into 140 character chunks for no reason. It's almost impossible to read his updates, which obviously makes following and replying to him hard.
Most of the sightings are initially posted to the r/ChrisChanSonichu subreddit or to Twitter. Most sightings to date have involved Chris shopping. As of August, it has been confirmed that Chris once again has his own car. On several occasions, Chris was seen accompanied by Flutter, which has led to speculation that she might be his newest sweetheart.

On 20 June 2013 and 21 June 2013, hidden Twitter posts from 16 April 2012 to 21 June 2013, which most of them are linked to the Facebook 2013 Imgur Leak and pictures from 20 June 2013 are leaked on the CWCki Forums.
These factors combined, along with Chris's diminished internet presence, have caused sightings of Chris to remain much more common than they ever were before his arrest.

Chris and Flutter in Finland April 2024 Zenzei sighting (cropped).jpg

On 27 March 2023, Chris was released from jail, with the only explanation being "released by court order". Beginning on 1 May 2023, sightings of Chris were reported in various places around Chesterfield County, Virginia. From June onwards, Chris has been spotted in a number of locations around the state of Virginia, including Williamsburg, Lynchburg, Bedford and Ruckersville. In 2024 Chris began to be spotted in Finland and at conventions.

These factors combined, along with Chris's diminished internet presence, have caused sightings of Chris to remain much more common than they ever were before his arrest.
