While I was working on rewriting the article, I did some research and discovered two stressor tests that I feel are useful in determining the things in Chris's life that are legitimate stressors: the Perceived Stress Scale, and the Holmes-Rahe Stress Scale. The Perceived Stress Scale is used to determine how frequently stressors occur compared to a person's ability to cope, while the Holmes-Rahe Stress Scale determines how many life events a person has experienced within the last year that can cause stress. I feel that the Holmes-Rahe Stress Scale is the most useful since it lists specific stressors (i.e. death of a family member, change in financial state, and a change in social activities) while the Perceived Stress Scale only deals with how a person reacts to different situations.Superspongebobbros (talk) 20:57, 23 September 2020 (UTC)

What all needs done with cleanup?

I've been wanting to give this article some cleanup lately, but I don't know what all needs done. If anyone would care to point out what needs cleanup and if much needs updating, reply to this please. --User:collin51392, 3 August 2020, at 04:21.

It is all over the place, to be honest. The whole thing seems to be mixed with what is current and what is old. Also seems to be a dumping ground for listing anything that Chris does not like. It does not even acknowledge CWCville/C-197 as Chris’s retreat of choice. --Little Owl (talk) 02:56, 31 August 2020 (UTC)
Got it. I've added the dated message box to the top of the page. As far as the basic structure of the article goes, I don't think the table in the Stressors section of the article is very good, since I think it could go a little more in depth with things, although I could be wrong. The list of things Chris does isn't that good either, that I think could definitely go more in-depth. I think that could be redone some, updated a little if it needs updated at all? --Collin51392 (talk) 02:54, 1 September 2020 (UTC)
I just started a sandbox page for a revision on this article. My plan is to divide it into two sections: "what causes stress" and "how Chris deals with stress." The second section is divided in other subsections dealing with CWCville, crashing into slumber, his CPU delusions, body swapping, and other coping mechanisms Chris uses.--Superspongebobbros (talk) 03:11, 1 September 2020 (UTC)
