*A popular theory is that Chris more or less masters video games by brute force - not by hand eye coordination but like Ullillia who plays Bubsy 3D for hours on end doing minutia in order to find bugs, Chris will spend hours playing video games until he masters them. However, as you both pointed out, we really don't have enough documentation to fully assess Chris's video game playing abilities and until such evidence arises, such a section would be too subjective and not encyclopedic enough. --Champthom 20:58, 21 December 2009 (CET) | *A popular theory is that Chris more or less masters video games by brute force - not by hand eye coordination but like Ullillia who plays Bubsy 3D for hours on end doing minutia in order to find bugs, Chris will spend hours playing video games until he masters them. A thought occured: in Sonic Adventure, you get to the final battle (and thus, Super Sonic vs Chaos and Sonichu's retarded in-comic origin) by requirement fo the plot, though brute force of 'just play through the game with each character.' Is there any evidence that Chris even heard about the Chaos Emeralds, let alone seen Super Sonic, outside of the Archie comics but within one of the older games where it took actual skill just to unlock the various minigames that give the emeralds? It would contrast well to note it in this article, esepcialyl with the Bob quote about Chris "'mastering' a game within 'hours.'"--Xavier orona 12:12, 29 December 2011 (PST) | A thought occured: in Sonic Adventure, you get to the final battle (and thus, Super Sonic vs Chaos and Sonichu's retarded in-comic origin) by requirement fo the plot, though brute force of 'just play through the game with each character.' *I'm sure he's gotten the emeralds and seen Super Sonic in the older games. Even if he couldn't get all the emeralds in the games where you could turn Super Sonic with his own skill, there are cheats to do so and I'm sure he had a couple of the many cheat books. (He's also gotten 100% of the trophies in Sonic 1 and 2 which require you to get all the emeralds as well as do certain time-trials.) He looks to be pretty mediocre at video games as a whole, but I think he'd at least be a little decent at his favourite series. -- SubmitSuicide 13:19, 29 December 2011 (PST) | |||

Technique/Skill/Something?
I wonder if we could get a section on how well Chris plays video games. he's mediocre at Guitar Hero and he faffs about in his LBP levels, but those may just be him not being all that great at those genres. Above all, this may be just too subjective to work with. --OFSheep 03:30, 21 December 2009 (CET)
- I agree, this would be an interesting bit of discussion, though it definitely could turn a bit subjective. For example, it's hard to assess how he plays Animal Crossing: In the documentaries, he's shown that he has two cities and has several characters with fully paid loans, which takes a damn long time no matter how you do it, but he also hadn't figured out how to sell multiple items to the store at once, which is pretty damn weird. --wwwwolf (wake me when you need me) 17:19, 21 December 2009 (CET)

The Gold Box games and C64
This was brought up in the eBay talk page: we're not exactly sure what platform those AD&D Gold Box games were for, though they could have been the PC / MS-DOS versions.
My Commodore 64 rambling on the talk page reminds me that we know precious little about his alleged C64 games. Chris has said a few times that he started his gaming on C64, yet we know so little about what games he played on C64... --wwwwolf (wake me when you need me) 14:45, 2 January 2010 (CET)
Chris's PSN friends
I read somewhere that Chris had reached the maximum capacity in his PSN friend roster. Is this true? And if so, what does he do with the masses of PSN friends, if he doesn't actually play online PS3 games? --wwwwolf (wake me when you need me) 12:41, 11 February 2010 (UTC)
Mass Effect 2
Yes, you're right, I did forget it's on Xbox and was originally going to be an Xbox..I mean Hex-Bawks exclusive, plus he doesn't play PC games. I'm just getting into it now and it's on my mind so it snuck into my article edits. Sorry for that. He's ripped off Grand Theft Auto once in his comics I believe, but I doubt he's ever played and enjoyed it JamieTyler 22:28, 17 March 2010 (UTC)
Folks, we need an article on God of War
It's like almost new Sonic for Chris. --Sonijew is back 04:06, 17 April 2010 (UTC)
- Am I the only one thinking that his main reason for liking it is because everyone else does? --Shotaru 13:37, 17 May 2010 (UTC)
- More like he likes it for the same reason everyone else does, it's an exciting violent power fantasy. Anyway, he seems to have moved on, Infamous is his new favorite thing... Dkaien 20:14, 17 May 2010 (UTC)
Gallery
Does the gallery need to have pictures that Chris didn't make? Should they be in a separate gallery? Freecell 13:28, 21 January 2011 (PST)
- I reckon just getting rid of them. Most of those shops down there are just shitty. The only one I can see putting somewhere, is the Sonichu Genny title screen from anything in particular, like the JK Productions game, or is it just a random bit of art? Dkaien 18:31, 23 January 2011 (PST)
