Every so often, one of Chris's less flattering deeds catches up with him, and he is forced to apologize. These apologies, like most of the other times Chris tries to come off as emotional, often feel very forced and insincere, leading many trolls to wonder if Chris is even capable of feeling remorse.
Animal Crossing by Nintendo was one of Chris's favorite games before LittleBigPlanet came out. It's not out of the question. A common trait of autism is the lack of empathy, meaning it's likely that Chris has a difficult time trying to understand what other people feel. Just as time and time again he's shown himself unable to understand others' feelings of loss or sadness, he seems equally incapable of understanding how his actions could possibly hurt or anger others. When he is expected to show remorse, it often seems as though he is just going through the motions, making the absolute minimum effort to get whoever he has upset to stop pestering him, so he can go back to his oblivious existence playing PS3.
All of the games in the series involve the player character moving in a town populated by animals, doing random jobs for them to earn rent money, pulling weeds, planting trees, helping visitors, going fishing, catching bugs, filling up the art/fossil/bug/fish collections at the local museum and, in general, trying to make the town a happy place to live.

Animal Crossing by Nintendo was one of Chris's favorite games before LittleBigPlanet came out. Worldwide, the game has been released in four incarnations: Animal Crossing (GameCube), Animal Crossing: Wild World (DS), Animal Crossing: City Folk (Let's Go to the City for Europeans) (Wii) and Animal Crossing: New Leaf (3DS).

In other words, everything Chris avoids doing in real life.
