Chris Chan: A Comprehensive History is an unofficial documentary webseries created by Geno Samuel, which began in February 2018. It is, as the name suggests, an extensive, in-depth documentary about Chris's life, similar to Sachumo's. However, while Sachumo's film is an abridged summary of Chris's life for newcomers, Geno's videos go into greater detail, with most videos being between 35 to 45 minutes in length, with a decent portion of this being tied to the playback of Chris's own audio and video.
Chris claims to bathe on a daily basis. However, his propensity to lie and reports from people who have interacted with him suggest otherwise. According to Emily, he reeked of "rotten watermelons"; Robert Simmons V said that he had a variant of the homeless person stank, and field agents have said "body odor masked with gallons of Axe". In fact, it might be that Chris regards Axe as a substitute for a shower. Rosechu seems to confirm this belief, as upon being told of Sonichu's Axe usage she makes an awful attempt at suggestive wordplay, suggesting both that using Axe makes Sonichu clean enough for sex and that cheap deodorant has an aphrodisiac effect on Rosechu.

The documentary series began on 14 June 2018 and covers select events ranging from how Chris's parents met in the 1980s to Chris's arrest on 1 August 2021. Currently running at 85 episodes, the series has far surpassed Geno's expectations of how in-depth it would be when he first began developing it. As of Part LXXXV, the runtime for the documentary series is quite extensive at over two and a half days. The series went on hiatus after the release of Part LXXXV on 17 March 2024, and is now slated to resume in November 2027 once the series' "remastered" editions are finished premiering weekly starting on 21 March 2026.
It would appear that Chris compounds this hygiene problem by frequently going for days without changing his clothes; perusal of his videos has shown him wearing the same shirt for several days in a row. It may be that Chris just gets into "nice" clothing to make his videos and as such doesn't get them dirty, allowing for him to use the same ones repeatedly, although this hygienic habit would be at odds with everything else he does.

The series is composed of material Geno personally believes to be relevant and/or interesting, and it leaves out the remainder. In an April 2023 comment, Geno stated that he was "evermore trying to make [the episodes] move faster by cutting out irrelevant stuff", adding that he wanted to be finished sooner. Even still, Geno has claimed he intends to continue the series until either he or Chris dies.
The condition of his epidermal system is so poor that it's visibly noticeable, even in his low quality videos. The texture of grease that is probably permanently adhered to his skin creates a disgusting sheen that reflects a significant amount of light. The same goes for his hair, which is in such poor condition that when he allowed it to grow for the Tomgirl Pictures, many strands were clumped together in greasy, sticky locks, looking akin to the long beard of a homeless man. And even when washed, it looks exactly as greasy and unkempt as it did before, as seen in the HairDifference videos.

This neglect will only make his hair fall out even faster than it already was.
