They were a clique of friends that made a bunch of Discord servers and invited numerous people in them, similar to the Miscreants. Plus, there were constant changes in leadership, numerous instances of in-fighting, and towards the end of their influence, the WCT created a splinter of the Watchmen. All things considered, maybe it should be a meta-saga, instead.
