Chris-chan (forum)

Chris-chan (commonly referred to as EDF) was a subforum of the Encyclopedia Dramatica forums. Created such that the Talk page for the Chris-chan article could be used for its rightful purpose to discuss improving the article, it quickly became a hive of scum and villainy.
The user base primarily consisted of people who had recently discovered Chris-chan, people who could not figure how to go to CWCki without being redirected to meatspin from ED, and people who thought that it was still funny to troll Chris by calling him and asking if he likes Mudkipz or calling Bob as Boxxy or yelling JUULAAAY over the phone. As such, rumors such as Chris being evicted from his house have gained credence due to ED.
Chris had indicated in his 13 September 2009 video that he read the ED forums, where he discovered a plan to photoshop images so they looked like they were from a Sonichu game. Chris firmly believed this forum to be the main hub for trolling activity despite other forums and websites (such as this one) are far more significant.
It should also be noted that the intellectual capacity of some of the EDF users were nearly equal to Chris's.
When ED was shut down in 14 April 2011, the forums died with it and no attempt has been made to resurrect them – probably one of the few definite upsides of that debacle.
