I notice that we've added the personal information Chris posted, and I was wondering if we should treat things like the phone number with as much sensitivity as was done in the case of the Wallflower. Illegal or not?

So it appears to me we could have a legal situation on our hands. We need to figure this out. If we do we may have to delete the video although transcriptions might be safe. According to my research though, as long as you are part of the conversation yourself it is perfectly legal to record it. Only thing that he could be busted for is taping the phone call Snyder has.
