Usually with trolls and people who get the energy to call him like this tend to have a goal in mind. Or something they want to focus on to try and get Chris to do, whether it's improving his life or further humiliating himself. But Jack seems to just be screaming at him in general, with no real problem to talk about. Which leads him in these calls to have ums, ohs, and uhhs.. pop up when he doesn't know what to do.
