The cancellation of the 2020 event due to the [[COVID-19]] pandemic had a significant impact on Chris, [[Spirit possession|who became "possessed" by Sonichu]] as a result of a supposed [[Dimensions|"body swap" between the Chris of this dimension and Sonichu in his fictional universe]], a fantasy that Chris committed to for nearly an entire year, before stopping in early 2021. The 2021 convention was canceled as well due to COVID-19, further propelling Chris into his world of delusions.
In [[March 2026]], ''Hyperdimension Neptunia'' announced a new game set for August, which introduces new official characters. Chris's response was to complain about his Blue Heart OC being left out of the game. He also spammed demands, to a Twitter account promoting the game, that Hyperdimension Neptunia's CPU Blue Heart be renamed.
