Count Graduon is an ancient evil spirit residing in the scepter of the evil witch [[Mary Lee Walsh]]. Despite being a supernatural being of great power who threatened the [[Cherokian Clan|ancient Native Americans]], Graduon inexplicably holds the title of a middle-ranking nobleman in European society. Despite being envisioned as the overarching director of the [[Greene County Conspiracy|campaign]] against [[Christian Weston Chandler (comic character)|Chris]] and the driving force of Chris and [[Sonichu]]'s enemies, the ensemble cast of Electric Hedgehog Pokemon apparently never take the time to learn anything about him, leaving the reader in the dark about his motivations and importance.

Beyond his anger and embarrassment about [[Chris and his ego|not receiving special treatment]] at his class's commencement ceremony, Christian likens his departure from high school to being exiled from comfortable surroundings and cherished friends. He also regards his efforts to adjust to life after school as a [[Christian Weston Chandler's Adult Chronicles|great adventure story]], so it should perhaps come as no surprise that this manchild's greatest enemy is a metaphor for growing up.

These factors combined, along with Chris's diminished internet presence, have caused sightings of Chris to remain much more common than they ever were before his arrest.

On 27 March 2023, Chris was released from jail, with the only explanation being "released by court order". Beginning on 1 May 2023, sightings of Chris were reported in various places around Chesterfield County, Virginia. From June onwards, Chris has been spotted in a number of locations around the state of Virginia, including Williamsburg, Lynchburg, Bedford and Ruckersville. In 2024 Chris began to be spotted in Finland and at conventions.

Most of the sightings are initially posted to the r/ChrisChanSonichu subreddit or to Twitter. Most sightings to date have involved Chris shopping. As of August, it has been confirmed that Chris once again has his own car.
