For years, trolls joked that [[Christian Weston Chandler|Chris]], in his desperation to find a [[boyfriend-free girl]], would eventually turn to [[Barbara|his mom]] based on his occasional off‐putting comments about her and their constant proximity to one another. Few thought he would ever go through with the act, though — but Chris found a way to surprise and horrify everybody.
During the events of the Doopie Saga, users on Kiwi Farms discovered that Chris had made a <span class="plainlinks">[https://sonichu.com/cwcki/Twitter Twitter] [[Disguises|sockpuppet account]] named after his pony character in early August 2017, [https://twitter.com/nightstar2891 @NightStar2891]. Chris used the account to [[white knight|defend]] himself against trolls, supporting his claims to still being friends with Doopie, affirming his [[Tomgirl|gender identity]], and all but directly calling Doopie out for leaking the [[Doopie E-mails]] to Kiwi Farms.


Chris and Barb's '''incestuous affair''' most likely began on 27 [[June 2021]], but [[June 2021 social media posts|his social media presence]] earlier in the month may hint at an earlier start to the affair. As early as 22 June, he began addressing Barbara by the unsettling pet name of "Barbie Chan", which may have indicated when he began to get intimate with her. After this date, Chris claimed that he had sex with her once every three nights until being forcibly stopped by being removed from the house.
On 7 August, [[Marvin]] obtained screencaps from "Night Star" of her supposed private conversations with Chris (i.e. [[Chris and Health#Mental health|Chris talking to himself]]), which Night Star gave as proof of being a different person. Later that day, Chris and Night Star both reasserted that they were not the same person. In an additional attempt to prove that Night Star wasn't him, Chris gave the person allegedly behind the account a fake biography. Details include "Night Star" having a [[Crystal Weston Chandler (sister)|sister]] named Gloria, growing up in [[Richmond]], and earning a degree in [[Magi-chan|"psychological arts"]] at the [[University of Virginia]] before getting a job at [[McDonald's]] (presumably due to earning a [[CADD|useless degree]] in a field that [[Honor roll|doesn't exist]]).


On 27 July 2021, during a call with [[Isabella Loretta Janke|Isabella "Bella" Loretta Janke]], [[Honest Content|Chris revealed the details of his sexual activities with his mother of his own volition]], also discussing it in text messages later that day. In those, Chris discussed stimulating his elderly mother with his hands, performing cunnilingus on her, and having penetrative sex with her. He claimed that Barbara compared him favorably to her previous sexual partners, including Chris's father [[Bob]], who had been unable to provide her with an orgasm or stimulate her {{w|G-spot}}.
Later, on 9 August, Chris claimed that "Night Star", whose "real" first name he revealed to be '''Emily''' (not to be confused with the troll [[Emily]]), had not tweeted for the last few days because she had been scared off of Twitter by people claiming she was Chris. He blamed the trolls for ruining their supposed [[Gal pal|friendship]] and claimed he scared her away when he went to the McDonald's at which she worked. The 9 August tweets showed the extent of Chris's dedication to making his sockpuppet seem real, but also an uncharacteristic self-awareness on Chris's part that he is so socially inept that he even frightens fictional women.


Files were leaked to the public the following night, and social workers removed Chris from Barbara on the morning of 30 July. In early August 2021, Chris was [[Jail Saga|arrested, officially charged with one count of incest, and was held without bail]].

Chris was kept in jail or in a mental hospital until 27 [[March 2023]], at which point he was released into a [[Gateway Homes|group home]]. As a result of Chris complying with the [[autism disorder deferred disposition]] program, his incest charge was dropped in [[August 2023]]. He has commented on the charge against him numerous times since his arrest and denied that he and his mother had sex,despite previous admission to the contrary. Due to the [[Ween|weens]] abusing the donation system on his livestreams to spam such messages, he had come up with a lot of excuses, from claiming that "[[October 2023 livestreams#The Return of Jesus Christ Chan Sonichu Prime| [he has] been forgiven and cleansed of any and all sins of [his], period"]], to stating that [[List of Chris's lies|it happened in another timeline]].
