Do we have any proof Chris ever actually did this? It sounds like too much of a decent idea for Chris to come up with. [[User:Grandma Nazi|Grandma Nazi]] 04:44, 27 September 2012 (PDT) |

To do
photoshop Xbox logo to read "Hex Bawx"- references to Hex Bawx in video and comics
- Added the appearance from Sonichu 8. Mall Conductor Bear 07:51, 14 May 2009 (CEST)
- the lack of logic behind Chris's hatred of it
- Find Chris's PS3 transactions thing that shows he's spent like, a grand on PS3 related stuff. --Champthom 00:57, 17 March 2009 (CET)
- Somebody please save, and add/annotate these to the CWCiki. They are currently linked on the PVCC from CLYDE (with LUV). Mall Conductor Bear 07:51, 14 May 2009 (CEST)
- Find Chris's PS3 transactions thing that shows he's spent like, a grand on PS3 related stuff. --Champthom 00:57, 17 March 2009 (CET)
'Spergin Side Note: Christian actually used the correct spelling case for the Wii in his ALL CAPS Trophy message. Does Sonic the Hedgehog on Xbox 360 make Chris shit himself? Hell, he probably shits himself seeing Sonic in Nintendo games. HIS HOME-MADE NINTENDO POWER DREAM COME TRUE~. Mall Conductor Bear 07:51, 14 May 2009 (CEST)
- This is probably why he puts so much credence in his dreams, notably his Love Quest. It's possible if there was never a Sonic game on Nintendo, he might be less psychotic about his love quest. --Champthom 08:33, 14 May 2009 (CEST)
I distinctly remember that he had his original Xbox visible among his clutter in one of the videos, perhaps even many of them. I can't find it. Which was it? --wwwwolf (wake me when you need me) 11:15, 8 November 2009 (CET)
Kck the hexbox story?
This poorly written story screams fake, whoever claimed this needs better lying skills.
Did he own an Xbox?
Whether or not his Saturn has been mistaken for an Xbox, he did almost certainly own one at some point. If you check out his list of eBay sales, he sold or tried to sell several Xbox games. Dkaien 22:02, 26 November 2009 (CET)
- Ah, didn't see that. I'll add that to the article. --APBoy 22:04, 26 November 2009 (CET)(
- Wait, check out the panorama view of Chris's room (http://cogsdev.org/w/images/8/89/Panorama.jpg) ... right next to the the TV, before his speakers, I believe that the black item ontop of what appears to be a VCR is indeed an original X-box. I can't make it out for certain because the pictures kind of grainy, but I'm 90% sure that is indeed an Xbox. Anyone have a higher resolution photo? --SargentPickles 18:24, 31 May 2010 (EST)
- Virtually certain that if you move your cursor about an inch to the left from the top right corner of his big, stupid head in this picture, it'll be over an original Xbox.
- If so, it would be totally his MO to hate the Xbox forever because of the minor inconvenience it caused him once when he was surprised that he had to pay like 1/35 of his free money to get on Xbox Live. I think it's likely that his hatred isn't exactly hypocritical—it's that this is how he deals with difficulties a normal person would overcome quickly and easily. —Thepicklesuitintheman 04:22, 29 July 2010 (UTC)
- I can verify those are, indeed, just shots of his Sega Saturn or alarm clock. There are only two controller ports, the entire front is flat and not curved outward with an indentation that has the Xbox's eject and power buttons, and their is no line for where the front-loading drive is at. We've been tricked by bad camera quality again. --Eniggy 05:33, 29 July 2010 (UTC)
"Makes you do a 360° and walk away"
That isn't CWC failing at "basic geometry" but rather a reference to a nonsensical meme, which was later reiterated through an animated gif of Sega Genesis Michael Jackson approaching an Xbox 360, turning a full circle, and moonwalking away. If Chris got it from this, I think it's an example of one of the few times he has actually understood internet culture beyond his own creations.
- He wasn't failing at basic geometry when he made the joke, but when he failed at finding half of 360 degrees, which is 180 degrees. He said 130 and 120 degrees before giving up. That was him failing at basic geometry. Also, both "jokes" were ideas he stole from an IRC chat so he fails at even the most common and fundamental of internet memes. sakanz 09:13, 24 December 2009 (CET)
PS3
If the reason why he hates the 360 is indeed cause you have to pay for online, then we should see some interesting development now that Sony made plans to add a subscription fee to PSN akin to the gold and silver accounts in a 360. I don't think this should be mentioned just yet, atleast until Sony formally announces it, but yeah, just throwing this out there. Dave

What was the video game Chris pirates in page 53 of issue 10? --Robotnik 23:11, 26 January 2010 (UTC)
- Most people think it's "Don't Be Nervous Talking 2 Girls" [1]. --T K 19 23:14, 26 January 2010 (UTC)
Why Chris hates the HEX-BOX
"Chris hates [the XBox] for no real reason other than not wanting to pay for online gaming." Seriously? I mean, seriously? Is this really the only reason Chris hates it? Has Chris ever said anything about this?
He whines about it in mailbag 5. --OFSheep 02:56, 27 February 2010 (UTC)
Well he is a hateful, hateful man.--Goatselover 14:16, 26 March 2010 (UTC)
I think he also hates it because it took his beloved Sega's spot on the market, but if that's true, then why doesn't he hate Nintendo for killing Sega?--Dan Dash 20:14, 20 May 2010 (UTC)
- I don't think Chris was ever sad about the loss of Sega. Remember his Nintendo Power Magazine where he fantasized about Sonic leaving Sega for Nintendo? The death of the Dreamcast allowed his dream to come true. --T K 19 21:19, 20 May 2010 (UTC)
Here's how Chris views the market--everyone is trying to get his attention and his attention alone. Nintendo was competing with Sega for his attention, and they stopped competing when Chris bought both. He "made up" with Sony when he bought a PS2/3. He hates Harry Potter and the Xbox because they are, in his eyes, constantly nagging him for his attention and he just isn't interested.--MoarLurk 20:28, 20 May 2010 (UTC)
A minor thing, but...
Props to whoever made that reference to The Lord of the Flies. Fefnir 01:09, 6 May 2010 (UTC)
Irony
I find it a bit ironic that he hates the X-Box despite the fact that the original X-box controllers were slightly modified Dreamcast controllers. Also, He's a hypocrite for not hating Nintendo, because they killed his hedgehog-god's console.--Dan Dash 20:11, 20 May 2010 (UTC)
Minor Error
In Sonichu 10, when Hobo-Chan approaches Alec's computer, he notes that it is of Microsoft, so indeed Chris has referred to Microsoft directly.
Did he EVER wrote it "Hex Bawx"?
--Sonijew is back 01:09, 12 September 2010 (PDT)
- No, it's just how we render his retarded way of saying it. --SeventhBase 10:22, 12 September 2010 (PDT)
Think that article should be renamed "HEXBox" or "HEX-Box" as they're the only ways he has spelled it (he never used "Hex Box") Eamoo 18:47, 6 October 2010 (PDT)
gamertag
Yes, it's Sonichu, the exact same as his PSN account name. Not one achievement to be seen. Pfargtl9000 Spam and Eggs 21:21, 13 September 2010 (PDT)
- And lo, there was a damn good reason for that: "This GamerTag is not associated with an Xbox 360." And the guy is in Japan. I remember looking this gamertag up year or two ago, and it was the same deal. This is not Chris. --wwwwolf (wake me when you need me) 15:13, 14 September 2010 (PDT)
Rename
This page needs to be either HEX-Box or HEXBox, as someone said above, because he never says "Hex Box". Freecell 07:14, 25 January 2011 (PST)
- It is done. --Anonymax 10:20, 26 November 2011 (PST)
This is too minor
Just wanted to point out that Chris uses Skadoosh in the 2 Jan 2010 about the Xbox 360. Later (10 Feb 2010) in Mumble #6 Chris mentions seeing Kung Fu Panda recently. He would have had to have seen the movie BEFORE 2 Jan 2010 because that's where he got Skadoosh from http://www.feistees.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/skdsh.jpg This obviously is way to minor to care about but i just wanted it documented somewhere (even if it is a talk page)slimz - ┌∩┐(◣_◢)┌∩┐ 09:49, 17 February 2012 (PST)
Playstation Plus
I believe Chris was spotted using Playstation Plus in April 2011 as a response to the Sony outage where Sony gave free Playstation Plus accounts to all users for about a month.
"Skadoosh"
Is it worth mentioning in the article that The phrase "Skadoosh" is from the animated movie "kung fu panda" and this is likely where Chris learned this phrase? (a staple example of his maturity) It's piped to random-access humor, which doesn't make sense, as Chris probably didn't think of this himself. --I am tomgirlmanbearpig 14:27, 16 September 2012 (PDT)
