I shall begin TRANSCRIBING DIS BITCH!--Beat 01:00, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
I'm confused
Who exactly is he addressing? I don't seem to recall anyone of the nature Chris has described. Is this a potential new troll saga in the works, or is one of our beloveds at it again? --AIDSandstuff 01:05, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
- I have no idea. Apparently someone in England did something epic. Also, he still hasn't apologized for killing Mike Jackson.--Beat 01:20, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
- It seems someone got him to try and copyright Sonichu overseas, or someone is trying to STEAL his ORIGINAL character again. Also worth noting is he seems to try to avoid saying 'Sonic'. He tries to do it with Pikachu, but I guess he considers Pikachu a real animal? Isarko 01:37, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
- The whole avoiding Sonichu's name thing was weird, yeah. It's like, he honestly believes we won't figure it out unless he tells us.--Beat 02:08, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
- He's got the name wrong, but I think he's on about the Intellectual Property Office here in the UK, or one of the many unofficial registers for copyrights. Basically, he's tried to get Sonichu copyrighted/trademarked over here, and the person looking at the application has gone "That's just a shitty recolour of Sonic/Pikachu" and has rejected the application, as Sonichu breaks copyright over here in the UK. Good job for him the comic isn't being hosted in the UK then, otherwise he'd be being sued. They're a hell of a lot stricter with copyright law here in the UK than they are in the US. --JM1987 00:26, 3 February 2010 (UTC)
- I don't think he has seen that letter yet. Right now hes forgetting to ask Mikes kids to come home. Forgetting to apologise for causing someones death is for after he finds out they died. --Edward 01:23, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
- He'll just tell the family to move on and find another husband and father. - Liquid! 01:35, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
- Indeed. Also he said in this video that Sonichu is a hedgehog with electrical powers. He's actually not. Hes a pikachu who was mutated into that horrible abomination by the chaos emrealds. It seems that Chrissy can't even remember what the title character of his comic is. --Edward 01:41, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
- Just sent a letter to the mailbag accusing him of being Ian Brandon Anderson based on that detail plus HE SET ME ON FIRE. Also all of Sonichu 10 is an attempt by Ian to ruin Chris's good name.--MoarLurk 01:53, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
- The best laid schemes of mice and men aft gang afey. Some guys actually managed to get through to Chris and for some reason, they felt compelled to repeat Jimmy Hill except throw in legal action. They get an A for them getting a video for Chris, F for concept and F- for not sharing stuff. We'll probably never know the full details of this operation since they'll just want their names dropped so they can brag to their online buddies about how Chris mentioned them in a video. --Champthom 15:08, 3 February 2010 (UTC)
Inos?
Is this where Inos comes from? In his description he also uses the awkward "eclectic hedge... hog... mon" bit. Not to mention that "Inos" is just "Soni" spelled backwards...
- yes, this is the reason for the creation of Inos. chris actually explicitly says this in the video.-Phlegethon 01:32, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
Suggestion
Somebody needs to mention that Chris, once again, thinks whoever you talk about in a youtube video, they will see it. --Briscoe 03:13, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
- That sounds like something you'd be excellent at doing.--Beat 03:19, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
Super Draconian Copyright Law
A Russian journal was recent sued for libel in the UK, despite having just 10 (yes, TEN) readers in the UK, and being based and printed entirely in Russia. This means Nintendo and Sega could legally sue Chris back into the time void just because of the CWCipedia.
Isn't the libel law magic over here? Oh yes. I've always hated it until now.
I wonder how Chris would react?
Fun fact. --YawningSquirtleRedux
