- 15 January: Chris claims on Facebook that GameStop is violating court rules by having employees call him.
- 13 January: Chris posts a long tirade on Facebook as to why he owns both of the Sonic Boom games, claiming they were sent to him by Catherine.
- 12 January: It is discovered that Chris actually owns both of the Sonic Boom games.
- 11 January: Chris posts a plea begging for sympathy to his Facebook page, and further exposing the progression of his victim complex. He appears to be expressing his anxiety at the upcoming court appearance in the form of Facebook testimonies.
- 10 January: Chris expresses outrage on Facebook at a news article about himself.
