Of all the members of the Chaotic Combo, Bubbles is the most generic and useless; a soulless filler character who has almost no purpose in the comic. Her initial purpose was to balance the Chaotic Combo by having a Water-type [[Pokémon]], but in later comics, her role was expanded to be a filler character for subplots, until Chris needed to find an appropriate romantic partner for other, more important characters. Despite the fact that she was hatched in 2004, Chris still insists that she is over eighteen and therefore making porn of her and [[Blake]] doesn’t make him a [[pedofork]]. He then promptly [[retcon]]ned her birthdate to all the way back to 1989 for the express purpose of making porn out of her and her canonically four-year-old boyfriend.

Conceived by Chris after being force-fed ''Hyperdimension Neptunia'' lore by the [[Idea Guys]], Scarlett serves as one of his escapist alter egos, providing a [[coping|coping mechanism]] and enabling his [[messiah complex]]. An upset Chris took to spamming the Twitter feeds of official accounts promoting Neptunia as well as accounts of fans approving of Ciel's design. In his tweets, Chris angrily claimed himself the real Blue Heart and attempted to convince Neptunia to change Ciel's title.

According to Chris, CPU Blue Heart (also known as Scarlett Celestia and later Scarlet LaRose) is the Console Patron Unit Goddess of the Nations of CWCville and Comma, and of the Commodore Consoles. Conceived by Chris after being force-fed Hyperdimension Neptunia lore by the Idea Guys, Scarlett serves as one of his escapist alter egos, providing a coping mechanism and enabling his messiah complex. Through this alter ego, Chris has also emerged as the figurehead of the Dimensional Merge, with his own group of "worshippers".
