Carrie Krueger, (Powerword: Noah), is a white knight ween on Twitter who's sole purpose is to troll shield Chris and indulge in his Dimensional Merge delusions. Even though it's painfully obvious that he's a ginormous ween, either he wants to troll Chris or wants to be the next Jacob. Most of his tweets remain ignored but Chris did like a few of them, even commented on a video he made to "channel Chris' psychic power". No really.
History
Noah joined Twitter in February 2019 to cash in on the current meme of parody accounts for various fictional characters, primarily from Diary of A Wimpy Kid and The Amazing World of Gumball. When their fame predictably fell to the wayside, he turned his attention to Chris. Chris was in the midst of the Soft Exile at the time so once Chris accepted his follow request Noah's fangirling fell to deaf ears, he was being drowned out by Chris feeling sorry for himself and Jacob's fapping. His luck changed in June 2019 though, as Chris abruptly opened his Twitter back up. This is when Chris liked two of his Tweets and Noah's ego grew like a cancerous tumor. It was also around this time he made a series of sockpuppets called "The Knights of C-197".
The Knights
Basically they're a bunch of socks made by Noah to fit the random nature of C-197 as laid out in Chris' insane ramblings. No two socks are characters from the same show either, see below:

So basically they convinced Chris that they're protecting him. Meaning that he believes a character from an ancient Nicktoon, some guy from an obscure French cartoon that only autists know about, and a pre-Somali era pirate from an annoying as hell Australian preschooler show are joining Carrie in C-197 to protect his psychic powers and serve him as their [Hyperdimension Neptunia|"CPU Goddess".]
