Talk:PSEye

I severely doubt it's an EyeToy. The crap quality of his videos comes from bad lighting (the fart song and dedication to Ryan Cash videos were taken near a window during the day and are visually a huge improvement), the resolution of his videos fits the PSEye's minimum perfectly (320x240, the EyeToy only filmed in 640x480). Re: CWC Update 03042009

Uh, wow. I can't believe I have to point this out, but
that's a date stamp (aka. Star Date): 03(March)04(the fourth day of)2009(the year)
It's got nothing to do with Chris referencing the naming scheme of his video editing software. If it's on Chris' YouTube channel, it will coincide with the upload date shown on the viewing page. And yes, I know spoiler tags don't work, but I can't remember the code for blinking text -or if it's even enabled on here. --Whoreos n' Milf 01:34, 29 June 2009 (CEST)

An article idea

..."Chris and photography". Let's not call it that though. =) I've been thinking of that kind of article for a while, and it might be fun to document all sorts of failures Chris has had with making videos and photographs. I should get cracking once I have the time. --wwwwolf (wake me when you need me) 12:11, 15 January 2010 (UTC)

Chris's Other Pre-2012 Camera

As far as I know, Chris has used another camera, which is indicated by the lower frame rate and low audio quality. This camera was used as early as the Chandler Family Christmas video and as late as the Calling Out videos. Does anyone know which camera it was?

He got a Cortland video camera for Xmas 1997 Eamoo (talk) 20:22, 25 June 2018 (UTC)

@Eamoo Was that the one used for his videos that didn't use the PSEye, like the CWC is Angry for example? Wasn't there another camera used for the Song of Christian, Animal Crossing Documentary, Harvey Birdman commercial and Pixelated PS3 videos? Makuchi (talk) 9:13, 26 June 2018 (UTC)

The Song of Christian video I know for sure was taped with a Tyco VideoCam. I think the Animal Crossing doc was made with Chris plugging his GameCube and a microphone into his VCR and taping it from there. The other two I think were likely that Cortland camera. --FromtheWordsofBR (talk) 14:55, 26 June 2018 (UTC)

@FrontheWordsofBR The quality of those two videos differ from, say, the 12 October 2009 or 20 December 2009 videos. Makuchi (talk) 19:39, 26 June 2018 (UTC)
