:::I tried doing that once.  Didn't work.  I think the PS3 uses a file system that Windows doesn't recognize.  I've heard that it can be accessed in Linux, though.  Not that it matters, since a formatted drive is near impossible to retrieve data from.  He should have just backed it up beforehand.--[[User:T K 19|T K 19]] 18:14, 29 August 2010 (PDT)
