Chris's Discord account.

So, apparently Chris has a Discord account. Proof: https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/339944307349782529/450852447452397571/unknown.png

Servers List?

Perhaps it would be appropriate to add a list of servers in which Chris is active for archival purposes? -Stoplightguy 1/24/2020

"official" sonichu server

Some losers have made a discord server which chris has retweeted. He has not joined it yet, I have joined it to see if anything happens. - Klop|polK (talk) 15:45, 15 June 2020 (UTC)

Should arbitarch cwc alliance be spun off into its own set of pages?

A number of quotes from it are in the Select Quotes section. Would it be best to split them off to their own set of pages? Maybe following the social media posting format, so November 2019 Arbitarch CWC Alliance chats, December 2019 Arbitarch CWC Alliance chats?

There are also more screenshots from the server that have yet to be added into the CWCki - a link to a batch of screenshots is in External Links - would anyone be interested in helping to tackle those? There's about 40 images. Hurtful Truth Level (talk) 11:40, 21 March 2022 (UTC)

Discord template

Should there be a template to hold all chats known to occur over Discord? Like the Template:FanChats? Hurtful Truth Level (talk) 21:16, 29 March 2022 (UTC)

I think we can then put all of the Watchmen Leaks that occured in there. Psycho (talk) 22:08, 29 March 2022 (UTC)

Reorganizing

Maybe I'm overthinking this but do the Discord-related pages seem like those could be organized better? Content is kinda split between pages.

Like with Arbitarch CWC Alliance. There's a section within the Discord article that has a summary of the server itself and a separate page of chats.

Discord#Arbitarch CWC Alliance

Arbitarch CWC Alliance chats (November 2019)

Maybe it would be better to combine those so the summary and chats are on the same page?

Same could go for smaller chats that are stored on the Misc Discord chats page. So like, Chris's one post in Children of Kefentse could be combined with the server summary that's on the Discord article and spun off into its own Children of Kefentse article.

For servers that have large amounts of chats, like The Place, there could be one article for The Place and other pages to handle the chatlogs. So it'd be The Place, The Place chats (September 2019), etc.

This would also help with categorizing - a "Category:Discord servers" can be added.

Any objections? Hurtful Truth Level (talk) 03:42, 20 August 2022 (UTC)

What to do on archiving known servers and chats?

I've been thinking since I found out that Chris is in some Discord servers that aren't already on the CWCki. The obvious thing to do is to add it, however I think some formatting should be changed first to include more information. Mainly changing Groups to Servers and adding things like the date Chris joined them etc. to have it all conveniently written on one article.

Another thing, some servers have their own articles. Is it worth making an article for a random server with only three messages sent by Chris in 2019? Chris is also in CopperCab's server but he hasn't sent any messages to my knowledge. This sounds odd but otherwise I don't know about many other ways to archive the messages or existence of joining. I do have a proposal, that is adding all known servers combined with Groups, adding join dates, and adding messages in the same way it was done for the Twitter account Crystalemera28 (adding the messages in a collapsible box on the same article).

If there's no objections or other suggestions, I will probably end up "revamping" the article in the way I mentioned. Ayumu Kasuga (talk) 14:17, 13 September 2024 (EDT)
