- 11 January 2015: Chris posts a plea begging for sympathy to his Facebook page, and further exposing the progression of his victim complex. He appears to be expressing his anxiety at the upcoming court appearance in the form of Facebook testimonies.
- 10 January 2015: Chris expresses outrage on Facebook at a news article about himself.
- 9 January 2015: Chris uploads an image macro featuring Sunil from 2012's Littlest Pet Shop to his Facebook page expressing his worry, presumably about his upcoming court appearance.
- 3 January 2015: Chris trespasses at Wal-Mart, and threatens employees with pepper spray.

- 26 December: Chris goes to Fashion Square Shopping Mall, and visited GameStop where he vandalized a Sonic Boom display and pepper-sprayed an employee on the way out. The police were called at some point after this, and Chris caused unspecified trouble at Sears and JCPenney before attempting to carjack a man in the parking lot, and subsequently fleeing.
