The Doll in the comic is actually Comic Chris?

Sonichu 12-9 is a really confusing story. I'm just wondering if any action should be taken with regards to the "In the comic" section of this page vs the Comic Chris Sonichu 12-9 section? As it seems likely that these two characters are one in the same, is it worth merging the former into the latter and leaving a "Main article:" here? Rossticus (talk) 15:51, 19 July 2020 (UTC)

Overall, I'm getting the impression from analysing the comic that Night Star and Comic Chris are separate entities. I've noticed on a couple of pages that the alternate Night Star is being referred to as the latter, implying that Comic Chris portaled to the Equestria Girls high school and morphed into the Christine Doll character (which also makes sense since Night Star asks the "doll" why she's not in CWCville). Please tell me if I'm over-analysing. I feel like the info on this page is branching off from a more complete page. Rossticus (talk) 20:18, 19 July 2020 (UTC)

Hmm. There's a speech bubble on page 11 that says The Doll is an old prototypical friend of Night Star and Christine's, which implies it's a distinct entity, but this post from Chris also confirms your reading, that The Doll is another name for Comic Chris.

Nightstar is my Counterpart in Equestria, with her own Sonichu Form (because she is half-Unicorn/half-Sonichu), and her own Human Form. Her Human Counterpart in C-197 is our shared Counterpart, the Christine Chandler of Cwcville (the yellow gal in the book was a play from the original Prototype Equestria Girls Minis figure I made a few years ago before making the updated figure of Nightstar in her Human Form, along with one of myself, so that yellow Prototype, you can simply swap for Christy (which is my nickname for Christine, there).

Maybe this could be considered like a form of Chris's? Like CPU Blue Heart and Collosal Chan are forms of Comic Chris? Hurtful Truth Level (talk) 21:12, 19 July 2020 (UTC)

It took me several attempts to try and understand that quote box. I now understand where you're coming from regarding a separate form, but there's a contradiction between Chris' "prototypical" text box in the comic and the counterpart to CWCville Chris referenced in the quote. Actually, now that I think of it, in Equestria Girls, the human world has their own human counterparts. It wouldn't need Comic Chris to be here. That would definitely support the idea of a separate character. As long as in this quote, Chris believes that he and his comic book form are the exact same person, I'm 100% satisfied. Maybe it's the references to OG Comic Chris that need to be removed in relation to this character. Rossticus (talk) 21:55, 19 July 2020 (UTC)
