Kenneth uploaded the letter to the Onion Farms on 14 May. This is the first known jail letter that Chris has written since he was returned to [[Central Virginia Regional Jail]] on 3 May. Despite [[Jail Saga#Transfer|being in a mental institution]] for over 2 months, Chris is just as crazy as he was before being transferred.

Among those are CPU Blue Heart Ciel of Lastation (a reference to Sony), with a backstory contradicting Chris's lore. Chris's response was to complain about his Blue Heart OC being left out of the game. He also spammed demands, to a Twitter account promoting the game, that Hyperdimension Neptunia's CPU Blue Heart be renamed.

According to Chris CPU Blue Heart is the Console Patron Unit Goddess of the Nations of CWCville and Comma, and of the Commodore Consoles. Conceived by Chris after being force-fed Hyperdimension Neptunia lore by the Idea Guys, Scarlett serves as one of his escapist alter egos, providing a coping mechanism and enabling his messiah complex.
