After existing in various iterations as a [[Chris]]-focused message board, the [[CWCki Forums]] was consolidated in [[February 2015]] by [[Null|Joshua "Null" Moon]] into the '''Kiwi Farms''' (also known as '''KF''', '''The Farms''' and '''Kiwi'''), a forum which focuses on lolcows (people and groups whose eccentric or foolish behavior can be "milked" for amusement and laughs) in general and not just Chris. The new name came from [[speech impediment|the way several lolcows mispronounced "CWCki Forums"]].
On 27 [[March 2023]], [[Chris]] was [[Jail Saga#Bonded out or Released by court order|released from jail]], with the only explanation being ''"released by court order"''. Beginning on 1 [[May 2023]], '''sightings of Chris''' were reported in various places around {{w|Chesterfield County, Virginia}}. From [[June 2023|June]] onwards, Chris has been spotted in a number of locations around the state of Virginia, including {{w|Williamsburg, Virginia|Williamsburg}}, {{w|Lynchburg, Virginia|Lynchburg}}, {{w|Bedford, Virginia|Bedford}} and [[Ruckersville]]. In [[2024]] Chris began to be spotted in [[Finland]] and at [[conventions]].


For reasons unrelated to Chris, the forum has become extremely controversial in recent years and is frequently down due to {{w|Denial-of-service attack|DDoS}} attacks. In the early [[2020s]], it has been on and off the {{w|Clearnet (networking)|Clearnet}} and between different domain names, but remains consistently accessible via {{w|Tor (network)|Tor}}.
Most of the sightings are initially posted to the [[r/ChrisChanSonichu|r/ChrisChanSonichu subreddit]] or to [[Twitter]]. Most sightings to date have involved Chris shopping. As of [[August 2023|August]], it has been confirmed that Chris once again has his [[Son-Chu|own car]]. On several occasions, Chris was seen accompanied by [[Flutter]], which has led to speculation that she might be his newest [[sweetheart]].

On 27 March 2023, Chris was released from jail, with the only explanation being "released by court order". Beginning on 1 May 2023, sightings of Chris were reported in various places around Chesterfield County, Virginia. From June onwards, Chris has been spotted in a number of locations around the state of Virginia, including Williamsburg, Lynchburg, Bedford and Ruckersville. In 2024 Chris began to be spotted in Finland and at conventions.

Most of the sightings are initially posted to the r/ChrisChanSonichu subreddit or to Twitter. Most sightings to date have involved Chris shopping. As of August, it has been confirmed that Chris once again has his own car. On several occasions, Chris was seen accompanied by Flutter, which has led to speculation that she might be his newest sweetheart.
