It's not a Yu-Gi-Oh! rip off.

The Eye of Judgment is a collectible card game developed by Sony for the PS3 and the only reason Chris apologised to The GAMe PLACe. According to Wikipedia the cards are $3.99 per booster pack, meaning that if Chris is ever allowed access to The GAMe PLACe again, one can assume this is where most of his monthly tugboat will be sailing.

Tournament

In his March 18th video, Chris mentions he'll be playing in The Eye of Judgment: The Dioskuri Tournament, in which he hopes to attain a spot in the top 100 in order to win 3 promo cards. Considering he is most probably still banned from the Game Place (which is the only place he can buy the cards from), he is very likely to just have the cards that the game came with, thus limiting his performance in the tournament. We can assume from past competitions that Chris expects to win this, and if he doesn't place in the top 100 he will complain about how he was wronged and deserves to have won the cards.

Custom cards

It's great!

In Holding Out For a Hero, Chris apparently decided "sweethearts just love it when you confess your love to them by talking about your hobbies," and showed his amazing custom Eye of Judgment cards. We now know that when Chris enters epic high fantasy dimensions, there are those who call him... "Christian C.", the Hero of the CWCville Empire, "Add 8 to his attack if his target is MALE".

Given that the cards work by being scanned by the PSEye, it's unknown how he expects these things to work. He may have printed new names and descriptions over patterns for existing cards, as he did with Animal Crossing cards. There's actually a chance that the cards actually work, as Wikipedia claims that due to the shit-tastic image recognition technology the game uses, even hand-drawn copies of existing cards work (though given Chris's absolute lack of anything resembling talent in the realm of hand artery, this remains quite unlikey). Most likely, they don't work, and he pretends they do.

It is still possible to play the game IRL without the use of the Playstation 3, but even in that case his cards (like all his custom abominations) are horribly unbalanced and several shades of retarded.
