The lobby receptionist for the 4-cent_garbage.com Building, Beel is a red humanoid with devil horns and wings. Whether or not he is supposed to be the Devil (i.e. Satan), some minor demon, or simply a man who looks like a devil is uncertain. The name Beel is probably a wordplay on that of Beelzebub, the highest ranking of the 72 demons in Hell.[1]
Beel is depicted as a large, muscular red demon wearing nothing but cut-off jean shorts, suggesting that his appearance was inspired by that of Satan in South Park, and possibly "Him" from The Powerpuff Girls (an effeminate antagonist with a red, devil-like appearance).
Appearances in Sonichu
Beel's first appearance was as an unnamed receptionist in Sonichu 8. When Sonichu and Rosechu arrive at the 4-cent_garbage Building for their appointment with Jason Kendrick Howell, he directs them to the top floor, which he idiosyncratically describes as "66+6". When Sonichu clarifies that this is simply the 72nd floor, Beel becomes annoyed and shoos the Electric Hedgehog Pokémon on their way. Sonichu takes umbrage with Beel's unprofessional conduct, until Rosechu reminds him of the story of Joseph.
Beel would return in Sonichu 10, this time serving in a more active role as Jason's agent. When Chris-Chan Sonichu arrives at the 4-cent_garbage Building to destroy it, Jason traps him in a cage, and Beel attempts to steal the Medallion from him, thinking it to be the source of his powers. However, to the surprise of everyone, Chris discovers his powers in fact stem from his High School Ring, which he uses to retrieve his Medallion and defeat the demonic henchman.
Beel returns 10 pages later to warn Jason that the building was collapsing. When Jason escapes and retires, Beel condemns two others, Clyde Cash and Jack Thaddeus for being homo trolls and that, while he's condemned to hell for eternity, he doesn't mind it and knows he'll come back later, he just doesn't want to work for Count Graduon. He also reveals that he is trapped in Graduon's service as a troll for eternity as a punishment for being Hitler's assistant. As a satanic Nazi troll, he is not quite as evil, in Chris's eyes, as two homosexuals.
Possible Gay Subtext
Beel's appearance is unavoidably homoerotic, due to being based on the gay Satan character from South Park and/or "Him" from The Powerpuff Girls. Given Chris's repeated distaste for homos, as well as male nudity in general, it is curious that he would be comfortable with this depiction. This may be Chris's ham-fisted attempt to literally demonize homosexuality, or the expression of his unconscious lust for big, half-naked, muscular men. Hell, just look at the guy:
Further, When Chris zaps him with a Hyper Beam attack, Beel utters the censored expletive "Oh, C***!", suggesting that Beel may wish to savor the delicious taste of cocks before his utter destruction. Other interpretations may be possible, but this seems to be the author's original intention.

- ↑ The Lesser Key of Solomon calls Beel (Ba'el, Beelzebub, Ba'al the highest ranking of the 72 demons in Hell], the same number of floors of 4-cent garbage. Of course, it's very doubtful that Chris has even heard of The Lesser Key of Solomon. Other theorists claim that Beel was named after Louis Beel, who was Prime Minister of the Netherlands after the war, and High Commissioner of the Crown in the Dutch East Indies. Although Beel was a Catholic, his extreme violence during the Dutch-Indonesian wars could associate him with evil.
