Sometime on December 2018, the fan MKRNightVee got into contact with Chris via a phone number a friend gave her. During her interactions with Chris, she played into the recent fantasies Chris had about Hyperdimension Neptunia, roleplaying as the CPU Goddess of the Nintendo Switch.

The Arbitarch CWC Alliance was the pre-cursor to what would eventually become the Watchmen. The group started as a clique of enablers that role-played as CPU Goddesses to try and convince Chris that the Dimensional Merge wasn't going to happen.
