Slanders? In MY mailbag?

As a result of his massive ego, Chris is very insecure about others' opinions regarding him and his work. This has led to him censoring out various comments and remarks from trolls and innocent bystanders alike.

Most examples of Christian's use of censorship can be found on his YouTube channel, as well the emails sent to his Mailbag.

Origins

In the Mailbag, Chris's desire for censorship stems from his belief that it is the "Letters to the Editor" section of his website. From what media he's been exposed to, he has deduced that all letters to the editor must unconditionally praise him. Chris believes that such behavior is commonplace, as he accused Alec Benson Leary of doing the same thing in his Mailbags. He is unaware that it makes him look like an insecure tyrant.

The Comics

Chris has been censoring events since Issue 0 of the comic. Before his encounters with the trolls the majority of censorship in the comic has been indirect, recreating heavily distorted versions of real events in an attempt to make him look more sympathetic and heroic. It's not until the trolls began to pester him that other forms of censorship begin to emerge and eventually take over the comic.

Chris has a consistent standard as to what he censors: swear words and what people tell him to censor. While early Sonichu comics have extremely bizarre and strange minced oaths, more recent issues have added actual swearing very poorly censored. This goes for anything from "fuck," which is understandable, to extremely mild almost-swears like crap that even Y7 shows can get away with. Chris obviously has no problem with even the worst swearing, so we can assume he's doing it for the sake of the children reading the comic. Which is really strange, because he has never voluntarily removed other objectionable content from his comic. Content such as...

• Graphic sex, removed only after extensive complaining from traumatized "fans." Note that graphic sex was preceded by an anatomy lesson which had uncensored swear words used to name lady-parts.
• Extremely revealing and embarrassing personal events via Sub-Episodes, stopped (but not removed) only after his mother told him to stop.
• Thinly-veiled bids for sex from real-life gal pals via comic proxies. One particularly creepy incident was edited only after the lady in question demanded him take them out. He put the scene back in after he destroyed their friendship.
• Real people as unflattering characters all throughout the comic assembled in bewildering arrangement, including a monolithic anti-CWC conspiracy. Chris has only begrudgingly changed the names of real people at the insistence of a troll posing as Shigeru Miyamoto and as a form of half-assed psuedo-apology.

Presumably, left to his own devices Chris would have no problem exposing his hypothetical 7-year-old-and-up audience to "sexy" anatomy lessons.

Notably the comic contains and has not yet censored...

• Extremely graphic mutilation and murder of real people, namely the Asperpedia staff. Has not been censored yet after the people he proxy-murdered complained.
• Profoundly racist and homophobic rants, some of which are integral plot elements.
• PG-13-level sexual imagery and pseudo-innuendo, which remains even after the graphic sex was taken out.
• Unpleasantly frank discussions of sex in general, even if it now takes place offscreen.

You know, nothing that would be out of place on an episode of Power Rangers or Pokemon.
