Chris conflicting with his morality and his ego
I AM NOT A MONSTER!
Chris proclaiming he’s a saint

A lot of people that know a bit about Chris’ failures label him as an irredeemable monster due to his more malicious fails. Others view him as a naive but good-natured idiot that doesn’t deserve to be trolled. In reality, Chris’ morality and standards are much more complicated. Despite all of his moments of rage, death threats, lies, and...yuck, Chris does have a soft side, and he is not afraid to show it off. Due to Chris’ willingness to show how benevolent he is, and possibly due to what he’s watched on My Little Pony, Chris will be motivated to act kind towards most other people, even towards complete strangers.

Chris is Good Natured?

Like his beliefs on religion and gender, Chris' beliefs on what is moral are very difficult to understand. This is because Chris' true sense of morality is different from what it appears to be. When it comes to his morality, Chris will claim that he is a kind, good-natured, saintly person that doesn't deserve scorn. To a certain extent, he's right. Despite what one may think about Chris, the reality is that he can actually distinguish right and wrong.

Motivations for doing good

Socialization

While socializing with his alleged pals, Chris always takes the time to act as kind as possible to them.

Avoiding Trouble

In other instances, Chris will act kindly to people in order to avoid getting into trouble.

To get whatever he wants

In general, whenever Chris acts kind to people, it’s because he thinks that doing so is the best way to manipulate them into doing whatever he wants them to. This is possibly due to his misunderstanding of simple etiquette and manners.
