China is a CWC-ism for the vagina. He likes them along with dykes (or at least he might if he ever went near one, which he won't). He invented the euphemism because he feels uncomfortable saying the word "vagina", and finds solace in giving it the name of a Communist dictatorship (perhaps because Chris will never be allowed in either).
In his opening post on the Sonichu Girls forum, he expresses his love for the female genitalia, saying that each one is "truly a masterful work of God's art that is simply beautiful in their own way[1]." He then justifies his reverence for China by stating that he cares more about the feelings and opinions of women than about their bodies.
Vaginatables
Alternative CWC-ism for vaginas, used in Chris's alternative e-mail "ILuvVaginatables@aol.com" from his whois info for sonichuandrosechu.com.
It is well known that vaginatables are a national delicacy in China, especially when placed in brine juice to create pickles.
