Chris's self-description of his state as a virgin. Some sort as a catch phrase that CWC has now made his own. Its origins stem from the fact that this fucker is indeed (and will forever be) a virgin, and such condition renders him helpless, thus utilizing the "rage" adjective to describe the feeling that this evokes.
