Chris slaps himself is the third Idea Guys video leaked on Chris's Twitter by the Teen Troon Squad, who claimed that this video was made after Chris apologizes to Gwen, a video from The Bad Beginning chat. Like all the leaked videos, it was deleted by Chris minutes later.
There may be more than one take filmed, similar to how the Idea Guys had Chris record multiple takes for the pleads to stop Cryzel's torture. Null described Chris slaps himself as "tears and snot running down his chin", though this is not evident in the video the Teen Troon Squad leaked.
