If the date didn't give it away (not to mention his limited capacity for remorse), Chris doesn't actually confess to anything. He sings "I Got A Fish" yet again and displays a message whining about the trolls.
It's worth reiterating that Chris repeatedly had sex with his own elderly mother, spent 20 months in jail awaiting trial, and was eventually released without charge, so releasing a fake "Confession" video on April Fools is genuinely deranged.
