The Lord Goddess Blue Heart's Prayer would appear in some of the last letters that Chris would send from jail before his transfer from Central Virginia Regional Jail.

Judging by the prayers he has given to recipients, Chris appears to have writen all of the prayers he intended to give to people on the exact same day, 13 January 2022, and only sends them when he actually sends a letter to them.
