A welfare check is a check conducted by officers to determine the safety of people and animals. Chris, Barbara, and the Chandler Cats have been subjects of welfare checks, which is generally considered the very height of weenery and unoriniginality. Despite what people think and say online, the limitations (shall we say) of Chris and Barb's lifestyle do not rise to the level that warrants the attention of the police, Adult Protective Services, or other relevant agencies.
