Perceptor is the adopted daughter of Magi-chan and Mewtwo after her egg was sent forward in time by the chaotic Rainbow. She is completely asexual (just like Chris after HRT) and never ever gets aroused. She is also specialised in disabling all forms of Nazi technology.
