Lolisa is some rosechu with no known origin , no one knows where she came from but she is apparently Jamsta Sonichu's partner at KCWC. She is also the 2nd oldest Electric Hedgehog Pokemon and oldest Rosechu in the Comic causing a logical plothole in which she must have been a Rosechu before the Rainbow occurred in Issue #0 and then since Rosechu only came up with the name Rosechu when Kel said she was a beautiful as a rose, therefore it would be Lolisa who would name the species of the female hedgehogs.
