Chloe Rosechu is yet another bland and unappealing Rosechu, brought in to provide a girlfriend for a bland and unappealing Sonichu. Even Chris admits (see above) that she's got no personality.
Origins
Originally created by PandaHalo, her existence in the comic is part of Christian's continual war against creativity, as he can no longer be bothered to make his own unoriginal recolors, he must steal the unoriginal recolors of others.
In the comics
Since she first appeared in Sonichu 9, her only action has been to mourn the death of Pandahalo, before doing absolutely nothing, though Chris has promised to show us more of her thrilling 'generic high-school personality' in the future. It's probably just a matter of time before she has sex with BlazeBob Sonichu. She is yet to reappear since.
According to Chris in a Failbag, Chloe and BlazeBob live in Pokeballs because they come from Australia. Why this would make a difference, no-one is quite sure, but apparently, it does.
It's likely that Chloe Rosechu was the inspiration for Chloe, another fictitious character of a rather different type.
